4. Order Tracking

5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable by the carrier (e.g., unclaimed, failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may be charged for resending the order.
