  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.
  • Gift cards or downloadable products.

4. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account on issimoproducts.com and visit the “Order History” section.
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click “Return Item(s)”.
  3. Follow the prompts to select the reason for return and generate a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
  4. Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RA number inside the package, and affix the shipping label.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For returns based on customer preference (e.g., change of mind, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund.

6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
